Rita Ora Typography - Mainly all the important information on the website is in capital letters, defining it boldly. Image - The peaceful front cover animation image of her sleeping but opening her eyes. Having the image open and shut her eyes engages the viewer, this is the purpose of the website. the peaceful image of her sleeping blends in well with the background colour of a gradient pink to lighter pink. The image's background colours and the websites background colours are the same. The light pink is a dreamy and soft feel. Fonts - The font in the menu bar is different to the main title font. However, they are both white and capitalised. The main heading title is bolded, showing the artists significance. Both the website's title and the title on the image which appears to be her newly released album cover are the same. Calvin Harris The front page image is Calvin Harris newly released single. When hoovered over the image changes colour from light grey to pink, the pink is similar to the website's background colour ad therefore blends in well. The logo is dominant in the left hand corner at the top of the website page. Capitalised, bold, underlined and white. The logo sits of an almost grey transparent border strip. Then below is the menu bar. The menu bar consists of a lot of sections in a black, horizontal box. The background colour is a faded pink, this represents the artist's confidence to break social norms that pink can only show femininity. The pink has a stain effect, giving it an edgy look. Scrolling down on the home page, it reveals a twitter access box to the right side of the page, showing Calvin Harris activity on social media immediately, therefore keeping fans updated. Also using lots of colours and switching from black and white to colour. The use of street lighting adds an urban feel and so does the use of transport. There's no use of a 'lover' in the music which is unusual for a song that is describing a love for something/ someone. I like the shots of the camera behind her and she turns around it gives the video a personal affect like the viewer is there in the moment. On the last image she turns in circles with the camera adding the same sense of feeling like you are with her. Also she includes lyrics on the screen in the center this could show their significance in the video. Genre - Dance Music Expectations: Lighting and colour A variety of lighting and colours, to make it 'club-like' include fluoresant lighting but not have a 'child' and 'girly' appearance as that is not my target audience. I will have a wide spread colour palette to have a continuous change in coloured filters throughout the music video. I will use an infrared light effect in some shots to help show colour and some may be in black and white, to show variation. Atmosphere I want it to give a upbeat and free atmosphere, this will be shown for example through a hand in the wind out of a car across a beach but in a speed up version. Dancing will be referred to through dancing and camera shots moving around the chosen person, given the sense that the viewer is present with them. The target audience member which will be attracted to my music video will be considered as a 'traveler'. This will be shown through the wide range of locations used in my music video, such as the beach and city. They have no particular music choice but do enjoy most, liking mainstream music but listens to remixes of songs too therefore could be considered as 'urban'. They are not that bothered with keeping up with the new trends but have  an interest in listening to music that they have not heard before but it is not necessarily been released recently. They enjoy remixes of songs that are not too quick so they can actually hear the lyrics, they prefer not to listen to rap. They do not regularly go to the club but when they do they have a good time. They go to clubs to be with friends as the main reason but with a song like the one I have chosen they will actually listen along and sing. Hinting that consequences to cures. I like the setting of the music video, Jesus walking down a market place by a beach. Even though their are similarities between the idea of Jesus and the one shown in the video, the image of him presents itself as the same as in the Bible. Also the characteristics this being helpful and calm. Its an establishing shot that sets the music video.  The large whale skeleton and stone walls, add a historical aspect. The huge, capitalised and white font of 'JAX JONES' captures the viwers' eyes, the impact of this is to make the audience remember the artist, a form of advertisment. The white font contrasts with the relaxed, darkish background presenting it to be bolder. The capitalised letters creates the idea of a significant artist, due to it being in the middle of the shot and having the main focus. The next frame consists of a close up shot of a woman's face, this is the main focus as it is in the centre of the shot.
